Leadership team

Mrs Pierce believes early years education is the foundation for lifelong learning and future well-being. 

She is driven to provide a high-quality education for our younger children in order for them to develop socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically and to enable them to thrive as they move into the later phases of school.

She qualified as a teacher in 2012 and has experience of teaching in foundation stage and KS1. She is responsible for leading early years and phonics in school.
